Currently our fulfillment and shipment capabilities are adversely impacted due to the COVID-19 crises. We humbly request our customers to be patient and considerate for the unavoidable delivery delays.
After logging into your account, the status of your checkout history can be found under Order History. For all the orders, a tracking number (article tracking number) will be given to you after the receipt given from the respective postal services.
You can also track your order on our order tracking page click here. Please keep the tracking number handy as it will be needed on the this page to initiate the tracking history for order. Generally it takes 2-3 days for the tracking number to get activated to show any tracking details.
Generally, if possible, we try to get our customer items from one supplier. But sometimes due to logistics and other reasons (like price and shipping time) we do have to split the order items along different suppliers to facilitate faster deliveries.
As a result you will get multiple packages delivered from different suppliers around different time frame to complete your whole order. We hope our customers will understand this and we request their patience during this delivery phase while the packages are getting delivered.
Absolutely! We are currently working on expanding our horizon and add more countries to our current list. Once we have streamlined our processes, we will definitely open our doors to the ever expanding international market.
Currently we ship to the below countries:
Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom
Currently we use USPS postal service for USA order's that get shipped from our local suppliers. On the other hand if the order gets shipped from our overseas suppliers, we use international postal service in affiliation with USPS postal service to get the order delivered.
For overseas order's, we use international postal service in affiliation with their respective country's local postal service to get the order delivered.
In order to provide the best prices to our customers and also to keep our operating cost down, we generally import most of our product from our overseas suppliers. Since this is international shipping, we have to take into consideration the following factors:
1. Shipping time from supplier to the destination country
2. Time it will takes to clear destination country (USA) customs
3. Shipping time from customs to the destination address
Generally these steps shouldn't take much time, roughly it will take 7-12 working days. Sometimes due to avoidable circumstances (like delay in the customs process, long weekends & holidays), the package might get delayed by few days (not more than that). So we request our customers to take into consideration the shipping time and place their orders accordingly to get their package delivered on time.
Absolutely. If you are unhappy with your order, we encourage you to email us directly on our email firstname.lastname@example.org, so that we may work with you to resolve your issue. On other hand we do offer a 10 day exchange policy from the date you
receive your order. You will have to bear both the return and re-shipping postage.
We accept returns postmarked within 40 days from the date your order was successfully delivered. Refunds applied before 30 days from date of delivery and store credits before 40 days from date of delivery.
Returns must be received in new condition; unused, unworn. Items returned with obvious use, or similar product stains will be subject to refusal.
